THE ENZO CAVELLI 12-MONTH WARRANTY

Every Enzo Cavelli timepiece is backed by our 12-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement, ensuring your timepiece performs as intended.


WHAT’S COVERED

Your warranty includes:

  • Mechanical or movement-related defects
  • Manufacturing faults affecting performance

If your watch develops a covered issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it where appropriate.


WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
  • Water damage beyond the rated resistance
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
  • Damage to case, glass, or strap
  • Battery wear (if applicable)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft

This is consistent with industry standards where typically only the movement is covered, not external components .


WATER RESISTANCE NOTICE

Our watches are designed to handle everyday exposure to water (such as rain or splashes). However, they are not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving, unless otherwise stated.

Improper use may void your warranty.


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To request a repair or replacement:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide next steps.


REPAIR & HANDLING

If your claim is approved:

  • Repairs are completed free of charge
  • A small handling/shipping fee may apply

We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit.


GENERAL TERMS

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights
